Guitarist and/or bassist wanted

Hi people,

We're a two piece instrumental rock/metal band looking to expand to a three piece (and possibly a four piece soon afterwards). We sound like an amalgamation of The Redneck Manifesto, Muse, Radiohead and a hint of Tool. We're playing mostly instrumental music at the moment but may include more vocals in the future once we have another member if the sound works.
We've been doing lots of messed up rhythm stuff lately, tempo changes, odd timing etc, certainly a hint of instrumental metal (but still somewhat catchy), but we would like to have the option of playing more melodic passages and layered poly-rhythmical parts where just guitar and drums simply doesn't cut it.

We are open to any talented musicians who can attend two or three four-hour practice sessions a week (our practice space is in the city). We do a gig a month (currently only in Cork due to a lack of transport), keeping our schedule a little slack so we can "sharpen the saw" and develop as musicians.

Ideal candidates should be roughly 19-25, have a fair knowledge of music theory and it would be a huge bonus if you could sing backing vocals!
